Senior Amazon Connect Architect

CyberCX in Auckland is seeking an Amazon Connect Specialist to design, deploy, and document Amazon Connect solutions that improve customer journeys. You will lead clients through CX journeys, implement new features, and support pre-sales with technical groundwork.

You will work with AWS and Cognitive CX teams to transform contact centers, reduce hardware footprints, and build scalable, repeatable deployment patterns while training client staff and maintaining thorough documentation.
