Senior AI QA Automation Engineer | Remote & Flexible

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior/Lead QA Automation Engineer in Colombia to own and evolve automated testing practices across unit, API, UI, performance, and security testing. You will drive AI-supported QA, define testing strategies, and mentor engineers in modern automation and AI-augmented workflows.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and DevOps to embed quality early in the SDLC, establish quality gates, and ensure release readiness through measurable metrics.
