Key expectations: 8 years of overall experience, with strong focus on AI/ML and recent work in Generative AI Practical experience with LLMs and RAG-based solutions on large-scale document datasets Exposure to Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / Azure ML Strong programming skills in Java , along with Python for data and AI workflows Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms Additional exposure to tools such as LangChain, vector databases, or enterprise-grade AI implementations will be beneficial.
