Senior AI Engineer (Voice AI & IVR)

We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in conversational AI, voice technologies, and contact centre platforms. This role focuses on designing, building, and optimising intelligent voice and chatbot solutions, integrating large language models (LLMs) with enterprise systems, and driving innovation across customer engagement channels. Requirements Key Requirements 5+ years' experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years' experience developing Conversational AI or Contact Centre solutions. Proven experience delivering Voice AI and Chatbot platforms in live production environments. Strong experience with 3CX, SIP, predictive dialling, and Voice AI platforms such as ElevenLabs. Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI evaluation techniques.
