Qualifications
- Partner with logistics leaders, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define high-impact AI/agent use cases and translate them into scalable architectures
- Architect and deploy multi-agent systems using frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangGraph for complex reasoning and orchestration
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines (retrieval, ranking, context strategies)
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems (SAP, internal tools, REST APIs) using MCP and tool-calling
- Develop agent workflows across platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, n8n, Azure AI)
- Implement evaluation frameworks (prompt quality, hallucination detection, token efficiency)
- Own deployment of AI systems (APIs, services, orchestration, monitoring)
- Continuously improve prompting strategies (ReAct, tool use, structured outputs)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making and standards
