Senior AI Creative Innovator

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing, from initial brief through final asset delivery
• Use AI to accelerate every phase of the design process: ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production polish
• Sort out AIGC prompts and internal visual resource library to improve design efficiency
• Possess fluency with generative AI tools across the design stack
• Present creative work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions with clarity and conviction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience in design with a focus on marketing, advertising, or performance creative
• Active hands‑on proficiency with AI image & animation creative tools
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
• Experience in tech, fintech, or high‑growth startup environments
