Senior AI Copilot Fullstack Engineer (React/TS)

SwiftCruit is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our AI Copilot team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of features that empower customer service teams with AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with managers and engineers and mentor junior engineers while driving the adoption of best practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in backend systems. You'll work with a tech stack that includes Ruby, Python, AWS, React, and TypeScript, contributing towards building robust and scalable AI-driven products.
