Senior Affiliate Growth & Partnerships Manager

LumiMeds is seeking a seasoned Affiliate/Performance Partnerships Lead to build and manage our global partner program, spanning networks and direct relationships. You will recruit high-fit affiliates, negotiate commissions, and optimize performance with data-driven dashboards.

Work closely with legal/compliance to ensure messaging meets guidelines, monitor fraud and brand safety, and report on CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Availability to work U.S. business hours is required.
