Senior Advisor

Summary This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Office of the Chief Operating Officer. Serves as the principal technical advisor to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Responsibilities As a Senior Advisor, you will: - Serve as the principal technical advisor to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). - Conduct highly advanced analyses and assessments of program outcomes, internal processes, and performance tracking systems. - Lead executive-level special teams and national task forces appointed by the COO to integrate key transformational initiatives into operational practice. - Serve as the COO's primary technical liaison to coordinate, evaluate, and dictate strategic, data-driven responses to high-level evaluation reports from OMB, GAO, EEOC, and Congress.
