Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Surgical Care Leader

NHS Fife is seeking a Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in General Surgery to join our senior clinical team. You will combine expert practice with strategic leadership across elective and unscheduled pathways, driving safe, high‑quality care.

In this role you will lead the ANP workforce, supervise and appraise staff, and contribute to service redesign, audits and improvements while maintaining excellent patient‑centred care across the unit.
