In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Design and optimize components for additive manufacturing using DfAM principles. Develop, validate, and improve additive manufacturing processes to achieve quality, productivity, and cost targets. Select, qualify, and evaluate printing materials, including metals and advanced alloys. Plan and execute build jobs while troubleshooting machine, material, and process-related issues. Support qualification, inspection, validation, and certification activities to ensure compliance with engineering and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, machine utilization, throughput, and process capability. Evaluate emerging additive manufacturing technologies, materials, and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
