Senior Ad-Ops & Support Lead

DFO Global Performance Commerce Limited, a leading Everflow partner, seeks a Senior IC to lead Everflow customer support and ad-ops. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will guide advertisers and affiliates, own the Helpdesk triage, and ensure first-response times under two hours.

You will onboard partners, monitor dashboards for anomalies, write clear guides, escalate bugs to product, and advocate best practices to boost partner revenue while maintaining SLAs.
