Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive
Snapshot Of The Role
Coordinates the flow of work by performing the following duties personally or through supporting staffs.
- Cash Control, Cash Disbursement, General Journal
- Ensure proper documentation.
- Record and reconciles cash disbursement entries.
- Maintain and post journal entries.
- Month End Closing
- Review the chart of accounts.
- Ensure month end accounting entries is complete.
- Reconcile debtor and creditor accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial and management accounts timely.
- Prepare sales analysis and aging report.
- Costing
- Prepare costing and price.
- Prepare costing analysis for monthly meetings.
- Internal Control
