Senior Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Manage project billing, invoicing, and closely follow up on collections with clients.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on overdue payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Assist in project cash flow monitoring, payment planning, and daily financial operations.
• Prepare AR aging reports, collection status updates, and related reporting schedules for management review.
• Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents, and filing systems in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely processing in all accounting tasks.
• Liaise and maintain good communication with clients, project teams, and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters.
