Senior Accounting and Accounts Payable Analyst

Activities

• Carry out manual accounting records related to the processes of a. Banks, b. Purchases and Payments to suppliers, c. Fixed Asset Control, d. Deferred Charges Control, e. Payroll Records, f. Loans and Interests, g. Intra-group Charges, and any other.
• Monitoring and enforcing the general purchasing and accounts payable process.
• Ensure compliance with the Supplier Evaluation procedure.
• Ensure the accounts payable (payments to suppliers requested by the different ALTEN Support departments) and organize the payment vouchers, as well as follow up on each of them.
• Ensure employees' per diems, budgets, and reimbursements, from approval, training, or follow-up on employees' questions and verifications of them through Open Air.
• Manage and support flight and hotel reservations, management of the travel agency, support in the payment of VISAS for ALTEN Mexico Engineering staff, in order to achieve a monthly report of bille...
