We are seeking a professional to join our finance team. This position will be focused on various accounting tasks, including AP and AR. The ideal candidate should be able to work well in a fast-paced & dynamic environment; someone who is detail oriented and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter AP documents to bookkeeping system and allocate them to the proper GL
- Reconcile all payments with AP documents
- Prepare daily cash needs & funding requests
- Prepare commission reports & checks
- Monitor and enter AmEx charges to GL and tracking program and ensure all needed documentation is provided
- Enter and oversee employees' reimbursement forms
- Assisting with applying payments, charge backs, credits to proper accounts and divisions
- Assisting with Markdowns tracking per customer
- Prepare refunds to some customers
