Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Site Finance Manager, Malaysia with a range of duties at manager's discretion, including eventual maternity leave cover.
• Helping with the London ‘Group’ team on a range of inter‑company accounting clean‑up projects: implementing the D365 automated matching functionality, reconciling aged balances, and settling/matching aged balances to stop them continuing to ‘build up’.
• Depending on timings and workload, supporting the Group D365 Systems Manager in continuing to implement functionality in several APAC countries such as China and Taiwan.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a larger international business with exposure to group reporting and multi‑currency transactions.
• Ideally a Qualified Accountant (CA or equivalent), or local accountancy university equivalent or studying for accounting exams.
