We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the financial operations of a growing affordable housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial results.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations, tax credit requirements, and reporting deadlines.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and lender reporting.
• Partner with property management teams to support financial performance and operational objectives.

Qualifications:
