Oversee and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger through regular journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis of account balances.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger account reconciliations, ensuring balances are appropriately supportedSupport the preparation of internal financials, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, earnings releases, and other investor materialsInterpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Maintain and update accounting policies and proceduresAssist with general ledger close processes, such as allocations, FX rates, internal report preparation, and consolidationAssist with external auditor requests related to quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX 404 auditsTrain, mentor, and oversee staff accountants, fostering a cult...
