Senior Accountant Accounts Payable

Via Medica in Association with International SOS is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Finance team in the UAE. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate AP operations timely payments and smooth month-end close while supporting service quality KPIs and strategic finance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate posting of trade and non-trade payables to correct GLs and analytical dimensions

• Review journals prepared by Junior AP Accountants prior to system posting

• Process periodic and ad hoc payments with zero tolerance for errors or duplicate payments

• Reconcile vendor statements aged balances and AP accounts

• Manage payroll journal postings and reconcile salary and payroll-related accruals
