Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal and expansion process for enterprise and large enterprise accounts
• Collaborate with internal resources (Customer Success, Product Management, Leadership) to deliver business reviews and develop comprehensive 'win' strategies for renewals and expansion
• Discover customer needs, uncover concerns, and learn wider organizational initiatives through quarterly business reviews and proactive touch points
• Identify account upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strengthen customer champions, and align our platform to customers’ high priority business objectives
• Demonstrate account management and commercial negotiation strategies
• Drive renewal process and the creation of proposals
• Leverage Salesforce to maintain an accurate pipeline, Clari for forecasting, and Planhat to define account strategic plans
