Overview

Account Executive, Saa S, reporting directly to the Sales Director. Hybrid remote in Cape Town/Johannesburg, South Africa; in-office three days a week.

What You'll Do Identify opportunities within the mid-market segment and drive targeted outreach, leveraging support from Business Development and Marketing teams. Present engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase Meltwater's solutions. Tailor proposals that address client needs and exceed expectations to establish lasting partnerships. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the purchasing journey, guiding prospects through solution exploration and pricing considerations. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes and client satisfaction. Identify upsell opportunities and nurture relationships beyond the initial sale to foster loyalty and growth.
