We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to join our growing Auckland team and help lead the next chapter of Thrive's growth in Aotearoa New Zealand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded communications leader who enjoys building trusted client relationships, developing high-performing teams and delivering integrated campaigns that create solid business impact. You'll lead a portfolio of key client accounts, provide strategic counsel to senior stakeholders and oversee the successful delivery of earned-first communications programmes across consumer, corporate and integrated campaigns.
