Basic up to £40K (DOE)
Uncapped commission, paid every 4 weeks
Top earners clear £90K+ with commission
The Role
• ProviT is hiring a senior recruiter to build a new cold desk across Industrial, Commercial or Engineering.
• Office-based Mon – Fri, home working on Fridays once your desk is established.
• Mainly temps, with some perm roles as they come up.
Who we need
This one's only for a true 360 operator so you must be able to:
• Run the full cycle so prospect, negotiate rates, build proper candidate attraction and place
• Sell, cold call, win new business and hold your own on the phone
• Work an effective BD structure, not just wing it
• Show a proven track record of business wins in temporary recruitment
