Position: SEND Teacher

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 08:00–15:30

Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Collaborate with class teachers, teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to implement tailored interventions.
- Conduct regular progress monitoring, maintain accurate records, and produce timely reports for parents and senior leaders.
