£465-£500 Weekly Pay (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)

New Directions are currently recruiting for a Special Needs Learning Support Assistant to work in an SEND provision within an Irlam based Primary school. The role starts ASAP and has potential to continue into the new Academic year.

The School:

  • Provides dedicated support for children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to engage positively with learning, build emotional resilience, and develop appropriate coping strategies.
  • Focuses on providing a supportive, inclusive learning environment that promotes academic progress alongside personal, social, and emotional development.
  • Offers a broad curriculum with a variety of extracurricular activities and opportunities designed to encourage confidence, creativity, and positive relationships.
