TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEND school in Swindon, supporting with their recruitment for a SEND Learning Support Assistant / SEND LSA. The setting is centred on pupil’s development, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress with their own emotional, social and behavioural skills.

The school, a creative and progressive setting based in Swindon, is seeking a passionate team player to take on this short-term role, although there is potential for this to become a long-term placement for the right SEND Learning Support Assistant / SEND LSA. The setting offers a highly nurturing environment with small class sizes and a strong focus on individualised learning. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children’s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school....
