Pay scale
CET Q1–Q6 plus TLMAF (potential to offer leading practitioner salary for the right, experienced candidate)

- Lead and manage SEND provision across the academy.
- Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice (2014) and statutory guidance.
- Work closely with the Executive Head and leadership team to develop and implement SEND strategy.
