Responsibilities

• Manage technical material planning, supplier communication, delivery scheduling (pull‑in/push‑out), and system maintenance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional procurement projects and monitor implementation progress.
• Create and issue purchase orders (POs).
• Handle defective material returns, replacements, and issue resolution.
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliation and payment verification.
• Recruit Malaysian graduates and oversee their initial training at our Taiwan manufacturing site (Chiayi) before assignment to the Johor facility.
