Demand for additional support staff has grown significantly as schools look to strengthen the provision for pupils with a wide range of additional needs, including ASC, SEMH, learning difficulties andmunication needs. Roles are available for both short term and long term placements.

Your new role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs within mainstream primary classrooms. You may work on a 1:1 basis, lead small intervention groups, or support the class teacher in promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
