Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Horsham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN) within a mainstream secondary school setting.
Responsibilities:
Work with the SENCo and teaching staff to support students with SEN in the classroom.
Implement and adapt learning activities and resources to meet the individual needs of students.
Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN as required, including behavioural, emotional, and social support.
Record and monitor the progress of students with SEN, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of classroom resources and equipment.
