Vacancy Description
We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant for SEN pupils to join our team at the Southcote Centre, based at Kings International College which is part of Philip Southcote School within the Bourne Education Trust.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing highly effective, targeted provision and care to pupils, in support of and under the guidance of Teachers and Senior Leaders, in order to raise standards of achievement for pupils to become independent learners. You will also ensure the effective support of pupil welfare and the inclusion of all pupils in all aspects of school life in line with school and Trust policies.

Philip Southcote School is a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities School for students aged 11 to 19, part of the Bourne Education Trust. The school aims to prepare our students for adulthood, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
