Semiconductor Technician (Process Line / FA | 12-hours shift) | MNC

Responsibilities Monitor key product parameters to ensure quality and yield targets Analyze daily process capability and flag excursions early Initiate preventive and containment actions for process issues Prepare yield reports and perform loss analysis Review and disposition final product materials Detect and report abnormal defects or yield losses promptly Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations Requirements Diploma in Engineering or Science Basic understanding of manufacturing or semiconductor processes Knowledge of SPC, yield analysis, or quality tools is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good attention to detail and data interpretation ability Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or basic data analysis tools Willingness to work in cleanroom environment & 12 hours permanent night / day shift
