Semiconductor Assembly Section Lead

Nexperia in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Section Manager to support daily STS assembly operations and meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets. You will work with supervisors, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure stable operations and develop leadership capabilities in a high‑volume environment.

Overseeing molding, plating, Trim & Form, and singulation, you will execute plans, monitor performance and yield, and guide teams.
