SEMH Mentor: Data-Driven GCSE Support Lead

Outwood Academy Bishopsgarth is looking for a dedicated SEMH Mentor to enhance academic success for students, particularly at GCSE level. In this senior role, you will deliver expert mentoring, manage complex student caseloads, and implement bespoke intervention programmes to ensure measurable progress.

Your responsibilities include leading action research projects, monitoring progress, and supporting students with learning difficulties through tailored adaptations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in educational support and risk assessments.

This position offers a salary of £25,744 with a working pattern of 32.5 hours per week during term time plus 5 additional days.
