About the Team

The Seller Operations Projects team holds the dual mandate of optimising both Shopee’s internal seller management processes, and rolling out initiatives to improve our seller’s operational performance. Internally, your efforts would help smoothen processes, and improve efficiency, while reducing occurrences of errors, helping the business achieve even more with the resources at hand. Externally, sellers would benefit from your help in expanding their operational capabilities and finetuning their effectiveness, leading to better buyer satisfaction and more profits for our sellers.
