Seller Assist – Sales Associate (Hybrid)

Lead Management & Conversion

• Manage Australia-based inbound and outbound leads from multiple sources, including broker referrals, Seller Assist referrals, website enquiries, cold outreach, and internal or partner networks.
• Qualify, nurture, and convert Australian-based leads into booked appointments with Seller Assist CSMs. Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand each customer’s selling and lending needs (e.g. refinance, new purchase, equity release).
• Clearly articulate the value of Seller Assist and our broker network to encourage customers to progress to an appointment.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with prospects to ensure engagement and readiness to proceed.
• Accurately record and track lead progression, activities and outcomes in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data quality and up‑to‑date next steps.
