Self-Employed Children and Young People ADHD Prescriber - Remote

Important note: This application form is specifically for clinicians who want to join The Centre for ADHD Research & Excellence as a self-employed Prescriber, and are able to attend our in-person training and sign-off in January, February and March 2026 in Canary Wharf!

Successful candidates will:

• Submit all the required documentation (including DBS, professional registration, references, indemnity insurance)
• Join 2 remote Care ADHD training sessions before the event
• Come to our Canary Wharf office to complete the in-person training, and deliver your first (fully supervised) titration clinic
• The event will include a breakfast meet and great, complimentary lunch and an opportunity to network with peers and colleagues from Care ADHD and Cresco Clinic

After successful completion of the training, and sign-off following the delivery of your first supervised titration clinic, your application for a CD Pin will be processed and ...
