Segment/Discipline Manager (San Juan)

Position Summary

The Segment / Discipline Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of an assigned construction segment or technical discipline within a major Flood Risk Control project in San Juan, Puerto Rico, delivered for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The project includes deepening and widening an existing river channel and constructing two riverbank retaining systems composed of tangent drilled shafts reaching depths of approximately 100 feet. This role provides direct leadership over construction activities within the assigned scope, ensuring that works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, environmental permits, and Ferrovial’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
