Seedling Production & Compliance Lead (Veg & Nuts)

Insight Recruitment Consulting is seeking an experienced farm operations lead to oversee a production nursery, manage macadamia orchard activities across roughly 40 hectares, and ensure meticulous record keeping in line with Global G.A.P. standards.

You will coordinate spray and fertiliser programmes, supervise staff, analyse crop data, and report production information to management using MP4000 and other farm software tools.
