Security Specialist

Summary A successful candidate in this position will conceive, plan, initiate, monitor, develop, and analyze implementation policies and procedures for security programs. Responsibilities As a Security Specialist, you will: Serve as the Senior Security Specialist and is the point of contact and subject matter expert in the application and training of one or more safeguards and security training programs. Perform analysis of security trends and indicators based on review of information and documents provided by Field Office. Prepares correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for both internal and external audiences. Research and maintain currency and extensive technical authority and knowledge of the regulations, statutes, orders, policies and processes associated with their assigned guideline(s).
