Responsibilities As a SECURITY SPECIALIST (ANTI-TERRORISM) at the GS-0080-13 some of your typical work assignments may include: The incumbent serves as the principal Security Specialist and Agency Antiterrorism Officer (ATO), exercising full lifecycle responsibility for planning, designing, integrating, and administering the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) comprehensive, agency-wide Antiterrorism (AT) Program. The employee independently develops, maintains, and implements the agency's primary AT policy framework, which includes authoring the DTRA AT Directive, the DTRA AT Manual, the DTRA AT Plan, the DTRA Occupant Emergency Plan, and the agency-level Random Antiterrorism Measure (RAM) Policy and department RAM SOP.
