Summary About the Position: This Security Officer position is assigned to the US Army Acquisition Support Center, Defense Exports and Cooperation DASA DE&C, located at Arlington, VA. Responsibilities Serves as a Special Security Representative for DASAs DEC. Manages the information, personnel, force protection, industrial security, and intelligence programs both at the Collateral and Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) level for DASA DEC. Responsible for all matters involving preparation and implementation of the DASA DEC personnel, physical, COMSEC, OPSEC, and SCI Security Programs. Serve as an Individual Antiterrorism Travel Coordinator for DASAs DEC assisting customers with the submission of foreign travel request in the IATP data base. Analyzes accident and injury reports to discover trends and mishap causes, and to develop recommendations for eliminating or controlling detected hazards.
