Security Manager

• Develop and grow the organisation's security division. • Lead and manage the security team, including guards, supervisors, and contracted personnel. • Manage and oversee all security operations across allocated sites. • Conduct regular security risk assessments across all sites and implement corrective actions • Ensure full compliance with relevant South African legislation including PSIRA regulations and the Private Security Industry Regulation Act. • Manage security operations centre (SOC) and ensure 24/7 coverage protocols are in place. • Investigate and prepare detailed incident reports. • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and security audits. • Supervise, mentor, and develop security supervisors and security officers. • Liaise with clients and maintain strong professional relationships. • Monitor deployment schedules and ensure adequate site coverage. • Manage firearm control and compliance where applicable. • Assist in business development and client retention...
