Security Guard - Intermediate FA - Richmond, B.C.

We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team at an Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 site in Richmond.

You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 10:30 - 18:30 Payrate: $24.50/hour Some of your responsibilities include:  Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience.

Provide access control and issue passes as required.

Conduct regular patrols of the property and grounds, on foot.

Monitor and safeguard people, property, buildings, and equipment.

Actively monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security threats.

Serve as a first responder in emergencies, providing immediate First Aid to employees.

Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties.

Report incidents to the Site Lead and submit detailed investigation reports.
