Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Privileged Access Management Lead, the role is responsible for supporting the Operations, Projects, and Engineering activities of the Privileged Access Management function within Santander
• Support, integrate and develop solutions towards enhancing the PAM solution using Cyberark within Santander
• Support PAM projects that include architecture, assessment, design, and development of PAM solutions categorized as new business requirements, audit items or existing defects/enhancements
• Responsible for scoping and reviewing internal customer requests and prioritising development request for other engineers or as directed by PAM lead or management
• Support the team with all aspects of administering PAM solutions and services to the customer
