Sector Engagement Lead

About the role

This is a fixed‑term opportunity through to 31 December 2027. In this position you will play a key role in shaping how OSPRI connects with the livestock sector as part of the NAIT Replacement Project. You will lead the development of an approach that brings farmers, industry stakeholders, and partners into the journey of building the new system. You will be part of a collaborative, purpose‑driven project environment, working alongside the team and regional networks to ensure engagement is consistent, well‑planned, and meaningful. Your focus will be on developing a clear, structured approach to engagement. This includes making it easy for stakeholders to share their views, ensuring that insights are captured effectively, and supporting the project team in using this feedback to inform design and delivery.
