Section Manager (Physician Relations) - Quezon City

The Section Manager for Physician Relations shall assist the Associate Director in executing all strategies to enhance relations between potential and current medical staff members to maximize the physician’s ability that will help the medical center improve the quality and efficiency of the care provided to its patients in all aspects of patient care service. Responsible for reaching out to all physicians and the management to enhance satisfaction around existing relationships.

Key Functions

• Maintains profiles on physician practices, analyzes physician activity reports and develops strategies to address referral patterns and areas of interest.

• Develop programs to doctors that will contribute self-pay revenue.
