Our Client is a renowned organisation in the industrial equipment & service industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for Section Manager, Dry Gas Seal as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Technical & Operation Manager.
THE ROLE
The Section Manager, Dry Gas Seal is responsible for:
- Lead and manage the Dry Gas Seal refurbishment, assembly, and testing activities to achieve safety, quality, and delivery targets.
- Provide technical guidance to the team on seal assembly, testing issues, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, calibration, and testing facilities are maintained and operated according to quality standards.
- Work closely with internal departments and customers to deliver technical solutions, drive continuous improvement, and support operational excellence.
