Responsibilities

Lead and manage special projects/initiatives as assigned by the HoD. In addition, to ensure the Bank in compliance with the Development Financial Institutions Act 2002, Development Financial Institutions (Amendment) Act 2015, Companies Act 2016, the Companies Regulations 1966, Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad Act 2008, Bank Negara Regulations and Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 and to maintain efficiency and effective communication with Chief of Divisions (COD), various Heads of Departments (HOD) and the stakeholders of the Bank.

Review, administer, and control the departmental claims/expenses to ensure the cost is within the approved budget and cost saving at least 3% than spending.
